Q) Is airfare included in your base packages?
Rarely will we have packages with airfare included, usually
that would be for very big events (World Cup, Euros, etc.).
If you would like airfare, please select it as a Custom
Add-On at right.
Q) Do I have to book my flights with
World Football Travel?
No. You may book your own flights, that is just an additional
package option.
Q) Can I have a package with hotel
accommodations for 1 night?
Yes. We are able to provide 1 night stays, however we strongly
encourage a minimum of two night hotel stays. This is to
ensure that you are in the event city should the match be
re-scheduled for some unforeseen reason.
Q) Why do your base packages not identify
hotels specifically?
For security and privacy reasons, we feel that it is in all
our clients’ best interests for our base package hotels not
to be made for public display. Rest assured all of our hotels
are exactly how we offer them and of very high-standards.
After purchase is complete your hotel details will be given.
Q) Can I order just tickets?
We try to sell tickets in conjunction with at least one other
service (accommodations, transport, etc.).
Q) Can I order just 1 service option
in a custom package?
Yes, for the most part. You cannot say order breakfast as
an add-on option without a hotel stay and otherwise.
Q) How good are the tickets you offer?
We only give our clients top match tickets for their packages.
We believe firmly that the center component of your football
trip is a quality match experience, so most of our packages
include Category 1, 2 or 3 match tickets. Additionally,
ticket category upgrades are available for most matches
so if you feel you want to go from a Category 2 to a Category
1 ticket … just check the “Ticket Upgrade” box under Custom
Add-Ons for any base package and we’ll be sure to try and
upgrade you. It’s important to note sometimes a Category
1 or Category 2 seat might be designated by the stadium,
event organizers or tickets company as a seat which you
don’s consider prime. That is why it is important for you
to select your preferences using our easy to follow color-coded
Seating Preferences Chart during the ordering process.
Q) With which supporters will my seat(s)
be located?
As a default, we try to have match seats located in the home
section of the stadium, unless otherwise seat preferences
are requested. Due to many factors not within our control,
we cannot always guarantee seats in a specific location of
a stadium.
Q) When will I receive my match tickets?
For security reasons your match ticket will be hand delivered
by our local agents to your hotel. Full local contact details
will be provided in case you require assistance (e.g. if
your flight is delayed etc.). You will be asked to present
your passport before the hotel and/or our agent will release
any match tickets.
Q) Can I order additional matches
for my travel package?
Yes.
Base Packages: After clicking a package, check the Extra
Matches box to the right under Custom Add-Ons.
Custom Packages: After clicking the ORDER button for a match,
check the Extra Matches box under Tickets.
Q) What if I don’t need all the services
you offer in a base package?
If you don’t need or want all of the services included in
one of our pre-designed base packages, please find the match
(or one of the matches) from the base package you were looking
at on the site and click the ORDER button and you can customize
as little or as much as you’d like.
Q) What is included in the packages?
Base Packages: Only the items listed under “Base Packages
Includes”, in your Itinerary, the specified hotel type
and any custom add-ons you choose (with additional fees).
Custom Packages: They can include as little or as much as
you’d like.
Q) Can my travel partner get a package
like mine but without a ticket?
Yes. Sometimes there are cases where one or some of the people
ordering don’t require tickets. Just let us know when you
are ordering and we’ll factor this in.
Q) Are there discounts for group bookings?
Yes. See our Group

Q) What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Personal Checks, Cashier’s (Bank) Checks, Money Orders, Wire Transfer & PayPal. We do not accept cash.
Q) Do you have payment plans?
Yes. We can arrange a flexible payment plan that suits your
needs. The entire balance must be fully paid no less than
90 days before the package begins.
Q) Can I put a deposit down for a
future event?
Yes. We accept and encourage deposits. Early deposits generally
receive the best package options later and they also give
piece of mind, knowing that you are going to be part of the
event. All money paid as a deposit will be used towards the
final package price. Deposit minimums are $250. Deposits
as all are services are 100% non-refundable.
Q) Are there any discounts for kids?
There is only a price reduction for children under 12 years
at the time of flights, for applicable airfare.
Q) Do you offer travel/trip insurance?
Yes. We can set it up for you once we’ve confirmed your complete
package price and include it as well. Select “Travel Insurance”
as an option on a base or custom package. Depending on
the type of coverage you opt-for it generally comes to
about 5% or so of your package price. A bargain if you
have a feeling you might not be able to make it with certainty.

Q) If I have a unforeseen accident
can I get a refund?
No. Since we deal with travel we must maintain a strict 100%
non-refund policy. We unfortunately cannot assume this responsibility,
so we STRONGLY urge all of our clients to purchase Travel/Trip
Insurance (see above) as an added option thru our insurance
supplier.
