well-spoken, computer literate, football/soccer fanatic with
excellent sales acumen and drive. |

QUALIFICATIONS |

Experience: |
1+ years Sales and/or Customer Service |
Education: |
High School Diploma |
Language: |
Bi-lingual English & Spanish speak/read/write desired. Other languages helpful. |
Computers: |
MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) |
Equipment: |
Quiet Home-Office Environment with: single-use computer, stable high-speed internet
access & land phone line |
Football/Soccer: |
Knowledge and passion for sport of football/soccer is vital |
Skills & Duties: |
• Proven ability to work with clients in a sales environment
• Provide top-quality customer service and
courtesy to clientele
• Adept at working and communicating with
multiple cultures
• Strong communications skills
• Very comfortable speaking on the phone
with clients
• Ability to communicate professionally
and grammatically via email
• Follow-up and respond to customers in
a timely fashion
• Self-discipline to regulate own home-office
environment |
