The CAF Confederation Cup (aka CAF CC Cup) is an annual continental club football competition run by the Confederation of African Football (CAF). It replaced the African Cup Winners' Cup and the CAF Cup in 2004 as the secondary African club competiton below the CAF Champions League.
From 2004, leagues of the 12 highest-ranked countries in the last 5 years are able to enter 2 teams in the tournament.
