The Southeast Asian Games (aka SEA Games) are a regional multi-sport event (including football) held every 2 years for Southeast Asian nations, organized by the Southeast Asian Games Federation (SEAGF). The tournament alternates every 2 years with the ASEAN Football Federation Championship as the top football championship in the region. The Southeast Asian Games owes its origins to the Southeast Asian Peninsular Games or SEAP Games.
